Celebration Analytics 📊

What you'll learn: How to use Ava's Celebration Insights to see how many dates have been collected and how many celebration messages have been sent over time.

How to Access Analytics​

  1. Open Ava in Microsoft Teams.
  2. From the main menu, click View next to Celebration Analytics.
  3. Select your team from the dropdown and click Submit.

What You'll See​

The Celebration Insights dashboard is titled with your team name (e.g. "🎉 Celebration Insights - IGNITELOGIC TECH LLP") and shows:

Data Collected​

At the top, you'll see a summary of how many dates Ava has on file for your team:

  • 🎂 Total birthdays collected — the number of team members with a birthday on record
  • 💼 Total work anniversaries collected — the number of team members with a joining date on record

These numbers help you gauge how complete your team's data is. If the numbers are lower than expected, use Collect Dates to ask team members to submit their dates.

Messages Sent by Time Period​

Below the totals, Ava shows how many celebration messages have been sent, broken down by time period:

For each period, you'll see:

  • Birthday messages sent — how many birthday announcements Ava posted
  • Work anniversary messages sent — how many work anniversary announcements Ava posted

What to Do if Counts Are Low​

Low dates collected: Your team hasn't submitted their dates yet. Use Collect Dates to send requests, or Import Data to bulk-upload from a spreadsheet.

Zero messages sent: Ava hasn't sent any celebrations yet — either the team was set up recently, or notifications haven't been configured. Check your Birthday and Work Anniversary notification settings.
